Instructions For Revocation
Revocation for consumers accordant to § 13 of the German Civil Code.
Right of withdrawal:
You can revoke your contract declaration within 2 weeks without stating any reasons, either in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail)
or by sending back the order. The respite begins at the earliest with the receipt of this instruction. For the ensuring of the revocation
period the timely dispatch of the revocation or the order is sufficient. The right of withdrawal does not apply for the delivery of
audio- or video recordings or software, if the sealed medium has been unsealed by the customer.

Revocation Sequences:
In the case of an effective revocation, the received benefits are to be refunded on both sides and as they may be capitalised to be
refunded as well.(??) If you cannot entirely or partially or only in a bad condition refund the received benefits to us, you'll have
to pay compensation in that value. This does not apply for cession of items, if the deterioration is exclusively caused by the inspection
(as it might be possible in a retail company). Incidentally you can the prevent the duty of compensation, as you don't use the products
like an owner and desist from everything which could affect its worth. Transportable packets are to be send back on our costs and risk.
You have to bear the expenses for the return of the goods, if the total order value is up to 40 EUR and the delivered goods correspond
with the ones ordered. Otherwise the return will be free.
